We truly appreciate your recent purchase and your trust in our store. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging, and we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Returns

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is unused and undamaged

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

To start a return or exchange, please email customerservice@gracefire.store with your order number and a brief explanation.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned package.

Refunds

Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be issued back to your credit card or bank. Wallet balances can be used on future purchases or transferred back to your original payment method upon request. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Important Notes

  • Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. Always contact our customer service team first at customerservice@gracefire.store.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked with a CLEARANCE tag
  • Free gifts, bags, and accessories or
  • Used items

If your item is defective or damaged, please include a clear photo of the issue when submitting your return/exchange request. After approval, you’ll be asked to send the item back with the product ID and tracking number. We’ll complete the return or exchange once the package is received.

Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us right away at customerservice@gracefire.store so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order, please email customerservice@gracefire.store as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to the original request for refund.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
